Come experience our Christmas wonderland with over 3 ½ million lights decorating Hulen Park in Cleburne, Texas. "Spectacular!"... "Enchanting!"... "Delightful!"... are just a sampling of the descriptions heard from visitors to the park every Christmas! The Yuletide celebration begins on November 20th with the lighting of over 3 ½ million lights at Hulen Park that are turned on each evening (weather permitting) through December 31st.
The festivities kick off with the annual Christmas Lighting Ceremony in Hulen Park at 6:30 p.m. Come out & listen to the Texas Tradition Chorus followed by the lighting ceremony and a visit by Santa & Mrs. Claus. Adding to the fun will be food vendors, Children train rides around the park on this night and other selected days ~ see schedule of events for times and other activities occuring through out the holiday season. Throughout the holiday season, both of Cleburne's live theater groups will be presenting holiday plays. Carnegie Players present "The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe" to the Cleburne Conference Center & The Plaza Theatre Company is presenting "Annie." Songbird Live presents "Winter Solstice Orchestra" at 7:30 p.m.
The Brazos Chamber Orchestra Christmas Concert is on Dec. 12th at 7:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Cleburne.
